Important Notice: COVID-19 Library Usage Rules

Library Use in New Academic Year

• It is mandatory to wear face masks and keep the social distancing of at least 1m from the others when in the library. 

• The seating arrangement determined in the study areas must not be changed.

• For book loans,  it is recommended using the Self-Check machine on the B2 floor.

• It is recommended that the books should be returned to the Return Box at the Library entrance.

• The number of people in the Group Study Rooms must not exceed the specified limit. 

• Food and beverages (except water) of any kind are not permitted in the Library.

• Users can browse shelves and borrow books during working hours. It is recommended that touched books should be left on the edge of the shelf without being put back in their place on the shelf. You can chat with us live via the Chat Now application between 09.00-16.00 on weekdays.

• Every Tuesday and Thursday, between 14.00-15.00, you can get reference support via Zoom using the Virtual Library service.

• Users are required to follow the rules set by the University and the Library.
