TÜBİTAK - Wiley Açık Erişim Anlaşması Hakkında

Dear Library Users,

Due to the exhaustion of the national quota defined under the 2025 Wiley Open Access Agreement, the TÜBİTAK – Wiley Open Access Account has been closed as of Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

After the specified date and time, authors will no longer see any indication related to the TÜBİTAK agreement in the journal/article submission systems.

Negotiations for the continuation of the open access agreement with Wiley for 2026 will commence, and any updates on this matter will be shared with university libraries by the end of the year.
