Özyeğin University Students Win First Place at 21st Unilever Ideatrophy Challenge
Sena Akar, Ataberk Ceyhan, and Leyla Salimova, undergraduate students at the Faculty of Business at Özyeğin University, were awarded first place in recognition of the marketing campaign they prepared for the 21st edition of the Unilever Ideatrophy Challenge. Akar, Ceyhan, and Salimova have thus qualified to advance to the next stage, and represent both Özyeğin University and Türkiye in the global final which is to take place in three months.
Recognized as one of the most prestigious challenges in the FMCG sector, and celebrating its 21st edition this year, Unilever Ideatrophy is organized with the aim of equipping the youth across the world with sectoral experience, and helping them take the sector ahead with their innovative ideas.
This is not the first time that Özyeğin University students emerged as the winners of the Unilever Ideatrophy Challenge. Previously, Özyeğin University students Kuzey Deniz Yılmaz, Vera Pohrenk and Su Evci also won Ideatrophy Türkiye in 2022 in recognition of the project they developed for Omo.
