THE RENEWED OFF-CAMPUS ACCESS SERVICE OF THE LIBRARY

Dear Library Users,

We would like to inform you about the new system for off-campus access to e-resources.

OzU Library continues working to improve its services and resources. In this sense, on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, the authentication system to access electronic resources remotely will be switched to OpenAthens. Due to the switching, access to some databases and electronic books may be temporarily interrupted.

With the switching to OpenAthens, the following steps will be followed to access library resources from off-campus.

 

1) Click on the database from the library web page.

2) The OzU e-mail address is entered on the “Sign in”.

3) The institutional password, which is also used in other systems of Özyeğin University, is entered.

4) In the Two-Factor Authentication application, the authentication code is entered, and the electronic resource is accessed.
