Our Faculty of Business Students Rank First in Glo-Bus

Our Faculty of Business senior students team ERA, Ernoyan Çavdar, Anıl Balıkçı, Burak Kural, and Anas Mostafa, took part in the popular business simulation game Glo-Bus, as part of their SEC 402 Business Integration Course.

A total of 779 teams from 79 universities across the world participated in the first round of the Glo-Bus simulation game that took place between December 8 and 14. OzU students advanced to the final round of the game and claimed the world number one position among the top 55 teams.

In Turkey, the Glo-Bus simulation game is also played at Sabanci University, Yeditepe University, and Koc University. Participants are expected not only to apply the knowledge they attained during their studies to a virtual business but also to integrate concepts they learned in a wide array of fields, such as product innovation, marketing, operations and supply chain, organization and human resources, corporate social responsibility, finance, and strategy.
