Dr. Ilhan Kaya obtained B.S degree from Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2000. He received a M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2004. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering at University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL in 2013. During his doctoral studies, he was a research intern at AMD, and employed as a research assistant at CECS and CREOL, Orlando, FL.
