Uluslararası İlişkiler bölümü, uluslararası ilişkiler ve çevre üzerine 10'dan fazla kitap yazmış veya derlemiş olan Peter M. Haas'ın (University of Massachusetts Amherst) konuşmasına ev sahipliği yapıyor. 14 Mayıs Pazartesi günü AB2 binası G15 numaralı odada saat 12:00-13:30 arası gerçekleşecek olan etkinliğin dili İngilizce'dir. 

“Challenges to Expertise”

Abstract:  Governments rely extensively on expertise, and arguably many of the major accomplishments of world politics over the last 50 years reflect the ideas and involvement of experts. Yet expertise in international relations is increasingly contested. What are the factors which have influenced states willingness to defer to experts and expertise, and what is the future of expert governance in world politics?
